When you are looking at digital connections there isn't a need to spend a lot of money to get the same ones and zeros!
Finding a cable that is designed to handle the HDMI 1.3 standard and 1080p resolution at this price was a risk worth taking. Now I'm picking up another and have no concerns at all. Now the end caps are just molded plastic but if you are yanking on your cables for some crazy reason wouldn't you rather they gave way than your equipment anyway?
